Adoption Fees & Procedures

The adoption process takes 45 minutes to complete. Adoption fees vary.

Step inside our cat trailer, fun play room. Let the kitty choose you, most of our cats are free to lay around and play in this colorful playground. OR, LOOK UP, see the cats above your head, as they chase each other nose to tail through the KittyKat, skywalk. The SkyWalk tunnels all connect to their play rooms. Regretfully, a few, (for various reasons) have to live in large cages, please adopt one and get it out of the cage!

What do you need to adopt one of our pets
First you need to interact and bond with your chosen one, then answer some basic care questions. There is an adoption fee to pay. This fee covers some of the medical work that we provide for the pet. All animals are sterilized and micro chipped. All shots are current, they are de-wormed and checked for heartworms, (dogs) and Luk/AIDS (cats).

All pets are issued with a new county rabies tag. All our pets have flea preventive applied. Puppies and kittens need to return to our clinic to complete their series of vaccinations.

Kittens under 4 months	$ 85
Cats	$ 45
Puppies (this fee includes all puppy shots, microchip, rabies shot, the county tag, 6 months heartworm preventive medicine)	$ 150
Dogs	$ 85
Small lap dogs	$ 100 and up

Paws-2-Help is a small, privately run animal-services charity. A small organization, but big on thinking outside the box.

UPDATE ON OUR NEW PREMISES AND MOVE DATE
Jan, Tues, 26, 2010. Due to delays in getting permits for work needed and not yet received our full insurance coverage, we are unable to open as expected.
WE WILL RESUME OUR CLINICS AS PREVIOUS (MOBILE AS PARKED) FOR A POSSIBLE TWO WEEKS MORE.

A priority with Paws-2-Help is abused, injured, or neglected animals, and we try to always accommodate these cases. A limited number can be housed in our clinic.

Unfortunately, Paws-2-Help is not a well-funded organization, and we survive and rely on donations. No amount is too small! Check out our $5 mile!!

We always welcome and appreciate dedicated volunteers, members, and supporters, and now desperately need the help of some dedicated persons with fundraising experience.
